This page explains what happens to the information you give me. It is written to be read, not to be skipped.
Who I am

What I collect
When you request the preplanning worksheet, I collect the name, email address, and phone number you enter on the form, along with the date and time you submitted it and which advertisement or link brought you here.
If we go on to talk about preplanning, I will collect whatever additional information is needed to prepare an arrangement. I will tell you what that is at the time, and you decide what to share.
I do not collect Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or health information through this website.
Why I collect it
To send you the worksheet you asked for. To follow up with you about preplanning, by phone, text, or email, because you gave permission when you checked the box on the form. And to keep a record of that permission.
That is all. I do not use your information for anything else.
Who sees it
Neptune Society. I am a licensed advisor with Neptune Society, and information about people I work with is entered into the company's customer records. That is part of how the business operates, and it is how your arrangement would be honored later.
MailerLite, the service that hosts this page and sends the worksheet. They process the information on my behalf and do not use it for their own purposes.
Google, if you reached this page from an advertisement. Google records that a form was submitted so I can tell which advertisements are working. This does not tell Google who you are.
I do not sell your information. I do not share it with anyone who wants to market to you. Nobody buys this list, because it is not for sale.
I may disclose information if the law requires it.
How long I keep it
As long as I am able to help you, or until you ask me to remove it. If you ask, I remove it.
How to make it stop
Email: click unsubscribe at the bottom of any email I send.
Phone and text: tell me, and I will stop. You can say so on a call, reply STOP to a text, or email me.
Remove everything: email me and ask, and I will delete what I hold. I will confirm when it is done.
You never have to explain why, and asking me to stop will not affect anything else.
Cookies
This page uses cookies to remember that you visited and to record whether you submitted the form. If you came from an advertisement, Google uses a cookie for the same purpose. You can block cookies in your browser settings, and the page will still work.
Children
This site is not directed to anyone under 18, and I do not knowingly collect information from children.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see what information I hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email me and I will handle it. There is no charge and no form to fill out.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
